ZAHRA Designing Workshop offers special and limited edition handmade products (“Products”) through our website located at zahradw.com (the “Website”). 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website.

2. Product Orders All orders are subject to final approval by our site administrators. We reserve the right to cancel or disapprove the execution of any order at our discretion.

3. Payment We currently accept only cash payments upon delivery within the State of Israel.

4. Delivery Our primary delivery service is by courier. We also offer pick-up services, delivery through Israel Post or a delivery company to a mail recipient or collection point, all after prior coordination with us.

5. Pricing All prices on the Website include VAT.

6. Limited Edition Products We do not guarantee the production or delivery of products if the stock offered has run out.

7. Warranty The duration of the product warranty, if any, will be specified on the Website or on the product label. We only warrant the return or replacement of a product in the case of a defect or production malfunction.

8. Order Cancellation If an order is placed, confirmed, and carried out but not accepted by the customer due to incorrect delivery details, regret, rejection, or other personal considerations, the customer is responsible for the order.

9. Customized Orders If a customized product order has been approved and executed, the customer will bear the cost of the order even if they decide to cancel or postpone the receipt or make any other changes that prevent the completion of the order process.
